I wouldn't want to be without it now I've got it, wonderful for not getting lost in the UK wilderness, however it has one problem. It picks out extremely narrow single track roads in very rural areas when good B roads are nearby and much faster and safer. I and others I've talked to have yet to find a way round this problem....

I was bought this tom tom as a birthday present & the battery does not last any more than 90 mins, so you constantly need to keep it plugged into the cigarette lighter. I recieved this as a gift and am delighted with all aspects of this device. I note various complaints on the product-
But a)If people cannot work a suction on the end of the device SHOULD THEY BE DRIVING ANYWAY- Probably not.

I bought this item and was very disappointed that although it's advertised for Tomtom One it actually doens't work for the 3rd edition.
The plug is totally different.
Be careful before trying to buy an external antenna for TomTom One v3 !
