Before I bought this charger I was always having trouble keeping the Garmin 760 charged-up even after I'd used it on a long run (I don't use it all the time, only for special trips). If it started discharged it was still discharged at the end of the trip, now it's charged and stays charged!

The Garmin 550 GPS is a superb unit. It does everything except make the tea. With the use of RAM mounts it can be mounted just about anywhere on your bike. It also came with all the kit to use it in a car and with the Bluetooth it can be used as a hands free kit for the mobile phone. With this, soggy maps are history.

This is a nice bit of kit. Used with the locking screw you can be relatively sure that your Garmin is secure. Try to get it out of the wind or it goes round and round and round .......... and drives you mad. Dont think it harms the mechanism though.
